Returns & Refund Policy

You may return an unused, unregistered Marrow Health DNA collection kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The kit must be complete and its collection swab unused. Return shipping is free — we provide the label.

Email support@marrodx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the kit.

Once a specimen has been collected and sent to the laboratory — or once a kit has been registered to your account — the order is non-refundable. This is consistent with our Terms of Use: once a specimen has been drawn and sent to the lab, the order is non-refundable. Laboratory capacity and reagents are consumed at that point and cannot be recovered.

If you contact us before your kit ships, we will cancel the order and refund it in full. Email support with your order number as soon as possible.

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive at all, we replace it at no cost to you. If a sample fails laboratory quality control through no fault of your own, we send a replacement kit at no cost.
