Marrow Health operates a single SMS program: automated account and order notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

- Sample-kit shipping and tracking updates
- Results-ready alerts
- Appointment and draw-site reminders
- Account-security and password-reset codes
- Replies to your support requests

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: message content and your data are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties.
Eligibility: you must be 18+ and the account holder or authorized user of the number.
If we introduce promotional texts in future they will require a separate opt-in and a separately published program.
