Quick summary

Marrow provides direct-to-consumer lab tests; lab orders are physician-authorized where required by law. Testing is for adults 18+ and available only in states where DTC testing is lawful — not available in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Results are informational/educational, not a diagnosis; review them with your own clinician. Ask Marrow is educational and not medical advice. Not for emergencies — call 911. Disputes are governed by Florida law and resolved by binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver, except where prohibited.

1. Acceptance

By using marrowdx.com or ordering, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (for texts) the SMS Terms.

2. Eligibility and geography

You must be 18+ and located in a state where DTC testing is lawful. We do not offer testing to residents of, or specimens collected in, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. We may decline or cancel orders that do not meet eligibility.

3. Physician authorization

Where required, orders are reviewed and authorized by a licensed physician network. This authorization is limited to issuing the lab order and does not create an ongoing treatment relationship.

4. Not medical advice; not emergencies

Content, results, and Ask Marrow are educational, not a diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace a licensed clinician. For emergencies call 911. If you are severely ill, seek care rather than waiting on testing.

5. Testing, specimens, results

You are responsible for accurate information and for following collection instructions. Results are provided for informational/wellness purposes and should be reviewed with your provider. We do not guarantee any test detects or rules out any condition.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your collection kit ships. Once a kit has shipped or a sample has been processed, the order is non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

No use by anyone under 18; no submitting another person's information without authority; no attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Service provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Arbitration and class waiver

Governed by Florida law; binding individual arbitration; jury-trial and class-action waiver, except where prohibited. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@marrowdx.com.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Contact support@marrowdx.com.
